well, that was the roadtrip. on the last day all we did was to drive to vancouver airport,
return the rental car and hop the plane.
actually, we still had the time and thirst (and small change to get rid of) for a last beer at the airport.
i’m really glad i had the chance to return to vancouver again. since i’ve been there in 2002 i have seen quite a few more cities and still it’s my favourite.
and of course i am at least equally glad for the roadtrip that followed this throwback. we saw some really beautiful and interesting places and travelling with my father was really good fun!
